I'm available for consulting — architecture reviews, real-time and AI systems, and the occasional rescue. I've done this remotely for teams in Canada, Belgium and France alongside a full-time role, so I know how to scope it honestly.

Are you available while working full time?
Yes. I run a small number of engagements alongside my role at Acefone, capped so nothing gets half of me — I did exactly this for three international clients in 2023. If a project needs weekday hours, I'll say so upfront rather than overpromise.
How do you price?
Fixed price per scoped phase, never hourly. You get the scope, the risks and the number in writing before anything starts, and the plan is yours regardless. I've worked this way with clients in Canada, Belgium and France.
Do you work with startups?
Often. The best fits are teams with a system that already has users and has started to hurt — that's where an outside architecture pass earns its cost fastest.
Can you just review our architecture?
That's my favourite engagement. Two weeks, a written report, a walkthrough call with your team, and no obligation to hire me for the build.
